Follow these 7 Steps:
Step 1: Turn on water and adjust the temperature
Step 2: Wet your hands thoroughly. Keep hands lower than your elbows so water will drain from clean area to the most contaminated area
Step 3: Apply antimicrobial soap
Step 4: Lather well. Rub your hands and fingers together with a firm rotary motion for 20 - 30 seconds. Friction is more effective than the soap in removing microorganisms from your skin. Be sure to rub your palms, the back of your hands, and the areas between the fingers.
Step 5: Rinse and allow the water to run down over your hands
Step 6: Use a paper towel to dry thoroughly from fingertips to elbows
Step 7: Turn off the water with a paper towel to help avoid contaminating your hands.
